Penni-- Yes a bright kitchen does make a difference, doesn't it? Mine's bright now that PE's been here, and remains so even in the evenings since I finally found a replacement for the halogen light bulb that I thought (and hoped) would never die. Thank you! for the recipe! Must try it soon. You did well to outline the steps so clearly, I mean, when exactly one opens the second bottle. Apparently appealing but non-functional recipes are such a disappointment! The wine is obviously crucial to the successful outcome in this case. What with my legal problems and all I've not really had time to get down to Kookin' Korner. But I promise...I'll be baaaaccckkk. Janice
