Mongolia Gold Resources Ltd - Mongolia Gold Resources Ltd MGR Shares issued 24,718,685 1998-08-21 close $0.06 Tuesday Aug 25 1998 The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated Feb. 12, 1998 between the company and Alberta Star Mining whereby Alberta Star can acquire a 50 per cent interest in the Longtom property in the Northwest Territories. Pursuant to this agreement Alberta Star will issue and pay the following as consideration: a) Issue 4,000,000 shares to the company; b) Pay $30,000; and c) Incur at least $200,000 in exploration expenditures prior to Dec. 31, 1998.
