It is easy for me to say after the fact. But, I think you panicked unnecessarily (been there and done that). If you are a bull there is one thing you can count on, lack of honesty from government, companies, and Wall Street alike. Wall Street snake oil salesmen are working full time to get their clients out of the mess they are due to their own incessant "strong buy" calls. Needless to say none of these suckers every did any research. Now that they have to unload a huge pile of paper Dell, they will come to the rescue with strong buys. Not to mention the possibility of another aggressive put selling by Dell. If Michael Dell weren't selling computers, he could be selling used cars or snake oil. Good luck!
