Bedlam. Report from the front - continued strong sales over at Tekserve. Sold five individual systems on Friday (a personal best - not counting multi-sales from corporate vendors.) Two more today as well as created quotes for four more. One lady bought a Tangerine iMac as a wedding present for her fiance. But we were sold out of those so I swapped her for a Blueberry. [Honey, they were out of Tangerine, so got that Topaz color-ed PC thing. Salesman said it was just as good ... and it had a floppy. Honey ... why are you packing? Hon ... ?"] Bottom line is that G3/iMac/PB sales remain as strong as ever. And my spider sense is tingling like mad that it's going to be bedlam once the consumer portable hits. I think Apple is going to make the portable dovetail perfectly with the iMac, as in color-coordinated, hot-linkable, his-and ... uhhh ... you know ... . It should be real easy to sell these in pairs. I think we're all going to be stinking rich ... if we don't go crazy first.
