AB, "if you short against long positions, you lose the opportunity to participate in rallies so does that leave puts based around your support levels?" Absolutely right and a terrible thing to do, ie cut your profits short while you're trading with the current trend. When will I remember this lesson<ng>? Btw, how do you mean: "leave puts based around your support levels?" Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
