AS I WARNED YESTERDAY--THIS BUBBLE HAS POPPED

Iomega's public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its Common Stock at a price of $35.00 per
share was a DILUTION of the share price and yesterdays close below $40 is a result of it. Furthermore, todays DOWNWARD TREND substantiates this dilution.

Iomega has lost about $1.5 Billion in Market Cap in less than a week. The thrill is gone from this momentum driven "investment".

As I stated yesterday, "I expect a large portion of the 5,000,000 shares purchased on Tuesday for $35 per share ARE BEING SOLD to lock in profits". "It is obvious that IOMG is BEGINNING TO PEAK OUT and DAILY VOLUMN IS SHRINKING".

"Anyone buying into Iomega above $35 is jumping on board a SHIP OF FOOLS".

Hope some of you acted on my advice.

Frank
