Jay, Yes I do...Especially, when they will not have to have the perceived trash people commonly associated with Casinos in their neighborhood(s) or state!!!!!!!!

Here in Florida, they look at all forms of gambling like trash, however, it's the Dog Tracks, Horse Tracks, Jai Alai, Cruise Ships and Bingo, that generate extraordinary income, pay for political campaigns and, finance the State!!! The State Lotto is another story...

The Indian nations are also allowed casinos...

The Internet will become the most accepted form of gambling, the states will not like it but, they will not lose their elected positions based on the perception of bringing filth into the local community...They will also be motivated by the potential revenues generated for their tax base...

Now that I've given my opinion, are your sure your figures are correct??? I have reservation!!! I read Thomas's post, and think that Mr.Dohlen may have mis-stated the facts...
