Hi John,
No, the charts are based on the days action. Sometimes, depending on the movement and volatility of the stock, it could be months or years before there is action. When I note the days action it is the total direction of the stock for the day. For instance PFE dropped to 111, which equated to 112 on the chart (2pt box size). It closed somewhere around 117 I believe.
If the stock moves up tomorrow to 118, we will see three X's added to the chart.
I'm confused writing this and I know the stuff. I need a white board...
