Joe: Nice cover, but you need to follow up with the other two thirds. I would suggest you get on America Online and read MF CHIROS latest 6 part valuation on Iomega posted this morning. MF Chiros has done the best analysis of anyone on this stock over the past year. Chiros forecasts a conservative 1.5 billion in sales for IOMG in 1996. He believes that Iomega will register 500% growth this year with 30% gross margin. He subsequently values the company at 3 times sales earnings. That translates at $35/share. That's looking at what Chiros calls, "the visible strength of the underlying business RIGHT NOW." It does not take into account the possibility of the Zip replacing the floppy or additional business from OEM's coming in. More OEM annoucements appear in the wings. Jaz drive revenues are just starting to factor in. Iomega has $175 million cash on hand. Think about what Iomega can do next year. Check out the five page ad in Newsweek.

I am trying to pick up more shares at a limit price this morning, but I think I'm too late for the party.

Best,
MGSAM
