Same exact game was played once again in 1978-79. Gold was pumped up and dumped, Brazil, Citibank et al was rescued and the predictions of the demise of the capitalist world faded. Brazil seems to enter the picture prominently at this phase of the world recession and recovery. Every ten years or so Brazil gets renewed. With this, not only handsets will be more freely imported, the demand for them will explode, because incomes will grow.
