CPD is trying to bounce back.<g> It is still up 25.94% with volume about 9x its ADV. bigcharts.marketwatch.com In spite that it announced that U.S. Marshals, at the request of the FDA, today arrived and seized drug products manufactured in its Michigan facilities.<g> The FDA's most recent inspection of its Detroit facility, completed in May 2009, found unresolved violations of cGMP requirements, which had been previously disclosed. CPD believes that corrective actions have been made and continual improvements are in process. The FDA has only seized products manufactured in its Michigan facilities. CPD has a good +CF. Insiders reportedly hold > 60% The chart doesn't look good, but it may merit to keep it in mind.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
