I have no apologies for being an unrepentant fundamentalist and for thinking that chart analysis is completely useless in predicting what a gold mining stock is likely to do.

It is natural, as with people who rely on palm-reading, the writings of Edgar Cayce, and astrology, to take offense when their favorite superstition is called stupid. For them, it is a religious belief that provides irrational reassurance.

Chart analysis does not deserve the kindly indulgence that one extends to another person's religion, political commitments, sexual identity, or economic status. It is pure old-fashioned bunkum and is worse than useless.
