If I were a short these are the cases that I'd make:

1) Price to book is fairly rich right now for a small-cap toy
company

2) Toy companies are notoriously unpredictable. Maybe you
bet against the farm when things are going best on the farm.

3) Fear that HAS/Tiger distribution
channels will blow RADAF out of the water.

4) Asian origins.

5) smoking too much grass
