M.R. I sugest that you re-read the nasdaq approval press release. I've talked with two really good stock brokers and they both say that this situation is what should be expected. They said that before the IDID situation, that caused the SEC to look more closely at what the NASDAQ was doing, stocks took about two weeks to show on the tape from being announced. According to the NASDAQ, IMDS would already be shut down if they announced that they were approved and they were not. I feel that we are at the mercy of the NASDAQ and that's it.

On another note regarding the entire thread. I have to agree with M.R. about our right to be informed investors. If they don't want people to be snooping around then they need to give enough information that we all can make informed decisions with OUR Money. They need the capital to push ahead and we need the confidence to invest. If they start bad mouthing their investors they may not have many after a while.

I feel like we need to combine forces and start to have a voice in the company as a group of investors. Togather we have a pretty sizable position. I won't give exact numbers but I am long more that 1% of the float. If anybody has ideas on how we can organize such efforts, please suggest. I think that if we had a group we would no longer need to pussyfoot around and try to confirm what we hear. We would have some power. We would all be able to rest easier.
