I think they'll bloody well have to acknowledge there is a problem -- look at the number of users from all over the world who can't get online to it today (and no problems to other servers)... It appears their domain (dbc.com) is non-existing in the DNS today. Could be their service provider has a problem - although any serious data provider ought to have more than one way to the internet... Not happy.
