Of course not. I should have written 'ABGX plus the AMGN cash'. There is a lot of interesting stuff that might happen much faster given the AMGN resources.

OTOH, as a shareholder, I agree with Miljenko. A takeout at (say) 50% premium to the present price isn't why I'm holding ABGX.
