Have to say it was very well written, and outlining all the pros and cons, and really told it like it was, especially focusing on the "speculative" part...

I like that, no hype, just facts, and outlining the possible pitfalls, yet highlighting the possible success.

If we had more output like that, people would have a better chance at evaluating before jumping....instead of pure hype and posting on a dozen boards stating that XXXXXX is going to go to XXXXX by tomorrow, get in now..
