I second Sharon's comments on Cloudy Bay's Sauvignon Blancs. When I visited New Zealand, I was really impressed by Kumeu River's nad Martinborough's Chardonnays as well. Although there are some exceptions, I was underwhelmed by the Cabernets and Pinot Noirs by and large. Te Mata's Cabernet Merlot Hawke's Bay Coleraine is terrific with the baby lamb chops.

P.S. If you've never been there before, try the mussels, which are wonderful!
