Disclosing use of Reg S 15 days after perpetrating it is 15 days too late.

In the deregulation climate of the time it was implemented, the original purpose of Reg S was to allow large caps to sell corporate bonds overseas. It is now been used by fly by night artists.

I may have only implied it in previous posts, but I am aligned with Zeev and Bill in being perfectly willing to let the earnings process take its course. I think that once Unit #1 has a chance to do its thing for a quarter or two and some units are sold to start filling the backlog, there will be a solid earnings number to hang your PR hat on and promoting GRNO won't be so much like pushing string.

I definitely like Bill's philosophy of careful husbanding of treasury stock. As long as there is no perceived risk of somebody else appearing on the scene to do the same thing that GRNO does but with more capital, I see no reason to push Bill into pushing GRNO prematurely.

Full NASDAQ National Market listing will also due wonders for GRNO prestige. To get there in 9 months would be spectacular progress. I'd prefer to watch and wait until the earnings are achieved before getting antsy about the stock price. I believe it won't take very much pushing for it to be $5 in 9 months.
