well, I think it depends on what premium/discount a fund normally trades at, and HIX's 15 week ma of premium is 9.39%,I personally don't believe that at 10%+ HIX is trading at a high premium. anymore than I would think a fund was trading at a big discount if there was only 1% different between its average and current discount. that's what makes markets
