Jim,

I concur that Ms. Garzarelli's remarks are self serving. She did nail 1987 and has been riding that call, for what it's worth, ever since. Wouldn't surprise me if she loaded up on index puts before dispensing her expert advice. If everyone wants to kick the bull when he's down, that's fine with me. I think that a turnaround in the techs is a lot closer than prevailing consensus opinion, and that the cream of the techs, such as INTC, will lead the way up.
