<<Now that the company has made the most significant announcements to date>>

Are you saying that a "memorandum of understanding" to develop an unknown product to be launched at an unknown time is more significant than a $100 million order from Motorola?

Or a $15 million order from a "Euopean cell phone manufacturer?"

Or a $3.5 million laptop order with Hewlett Packard?

Or the dozen or more unquantified orders variously described as significant, substantial, etc.

Or that VLNC had orders for "miles of materials" from Hanil and Alliant?

Or that Hanil, VLNC's jv partner was in production of 1 million batteries per month?

Or that Hanil had an order for millions of batteries from China?

Or that Valence had acquired the intellectual property rights and licensees of Telcordia?

The company has made hundreds of "significant announcements" for more than a decade. Despite all these orders and announcements, the company has managed to actually sell all of $8 million worth of product since 1989, including a whopping $100K last quarter.
