Relax Bridge, this is par for the course. As an insider on a software IPO in the early 90's I didn't know until the day b4, when we would begin trading. It was a very exciting time, but everything was hush, hush. As far as I know only a few top execs, the CEO & CFO, were 'in the loop', & everything was kept very fluid & flexible by the underwriters. There was a window of a couple of weeks, where anything could have happened, that's the way it is. It's the underwriters call, not MRV's, & they'll do what is best for all involved. Regis
