Cliff... You accuse 0le 49r of a blatant lie because he says LVLT's network was to be completed by the end of 1999. You further state that "Level3's network was always slated to be completed in the 1st quarter 2001." I hate to tell you that you are full of baloney but I'm pretty sure that I have seen something recently that goes something like as follows. ....Level 3 communications, plans to build and light a 20,000-mile state-of-the-art fiber optic network in the U.S. by the end of 1999. <g> Luck, eezie FTW: I am long LVLT
