I agree. They very well could be short PNLK and need to slow down the run or even kill it. Think about it, what purpose was there to release something like that? Start coverage and immediately put out a Strong Sell Recommendation, yeah right, just like them new folks coming onto SI and start bashing a stock. No need to panic if you consider the source.
