HELSINKI, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Finnish telecom equipment maker Nokia <NOK1V.HE> on Thursday posted a 36 percent increase in third-quarter pre-tax earnings to 937 million euros. Following are analyst comments. ANITA FARRILL, ANALYST, MERRILL LYNCH "The numbers look pretty good. So far all the numbers that I've seen are better than we expected."
