Catcher, JFD said CnnFn, not CNBC. I wouldn't worry about CnnFn coverage, as they are "consumer" news source, and if some casual investor sold his 50 shrs of MSFT, there are plenty of professional fund managers who will be happy to buy them, since the SEC thing to investors in MSFT is a non-event at worst, positive otherwise.
