the government is being rocked anyway. if powell has conviction he should follow his conviction. he is the resptecful face of this admnistration. actually, no, he was the respectful face. now he is no better and no more believable than the others. and he destroyed his credibility and legacy for...what? i have no doubt he will product a mcnamarra-style mea culpa book after leaving office. fat lot of good it will do anybody then.
