Tres. Sec. Summers is adding the brake just slightly here with his warning on complacency. Most of the world will want to place their money in a safe spot for Y2k. America has the safer market right now more than any other market. I suspect the December rally was a lot of that money for storage. Therefore, the market should trade sideways till year end. Might go up one day down the next but still sideways. SOX index is in a breakout on a flag pattern. Looks to be heading to 720 area. Probably pull back slightly in the morning but not much I would suspect. SPX is currently sitting on an ascending support. It's either going to make a run or pull back so I expect to have a small pull back tomorrow. SPX should trade down to 1455 area then bounce a little higher. NDX needs to break 3640 to continue rally. Today was a turn around point. NDX looks poised to go higher and the trigger buy point is 3626. I expect it to open lower first tomorrow and make a run for that trigger. SUNW chart looks like it should get a morning low point (either lower opening or a pop and pull back) and a run for 77 tomorrow later. It has an ascending support at 74 1/2 tomorrow (out of a bullish channel if it breaks that), and support at 75, and stronger support at 74. News will be the key tomorrow to a lot of tech stocks. If overall market news stays average or positive, we go higher. If bad news hits the market, we go lower. News is always a wildcard Good trading, JEB
