You do not appear to be knowledgeable about the Constitution to me. You can claim to be knowledgeable about it, but that doesn't make it so does it? And you do seem to be saying 2+2=5, or maybe 7.

We are not actually having a discussion, imo. You are telling me silly things and I am laughing at them. If you were to ask me what this is, I'd say I'm reading a comedy. So you see you are assuming the proposition again. Just as you assume ignorance is irrelevant when you say X is true. Since we are not in math land your level of ignorance is of importance. We are dealing with a subject where ignorance matters, since the proofs are not absolute. Many legal matters are matters of opinion alone, and when listening to people's opinions (which we all know are as common as excretory orifices) do you listen to the biggest moron you can find, or someone educated on the topic at hand? Wait, I know the answer to that- no need to tell me whose opinion you would seek out. Really. No need.

ps- I made a small issue out of a typo because we were arguing about ignorance. It just struck me funny.
