Warning to Comcast high speed internet users - when establishing your new comcast.net e-mail address using Comcast software, BACKUP UP YOUR ADDRESS BOOK IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS. I just lost my entire address book and can not retrieve it. Comcast admitted to me that there is a problem, yet they have not sent out any warnings on e-mail.
