In the tech business insider selling doesn't usually mean much. Go back in Daily Graphs, Long Term Values or some other charting service and notice the rows of little "o"s along the bottom of charts of the strongest stocks that go back years. The primary incentive pay in the Valley is in stock and options. That's why real estate prices have soared there.

What are the three strikes? Slowing business is a strike. Losing share is a strike. Higher interest rates are a strike. I didn't see anything along those lines today.
