OEM means "original equipment manufacturer". This is when a company enters into an agreement to supply an end user company with either a finished product or parts to make the finished product. Radica has an agreement with Hasbro to do their manufacturing of their Milton Bradley hand held electronic games. When doing contract manufacturing, it's usually at lower margins(almost always). Radica's OEM business is at lower margins. Hope this helps.
