As for helmets and state laws, Florida I believe introduced a law prohibiting any laws calling for the mandatory use of helmets while driving a motor bike! Their way of putting an end to the endless debate about pro or contra helmet laws threatening the rights of the 60 years+ Harley rowdies to look cool. Sounds absurd but a fact if my memory serves me right. Taro
