Nuts are an excellent way to cut hunger pains between meals. It turns out that we can eat them as we please, as long as they are raw.

OK. I gave it a try. I bought a pound bag of walnuts, which I ate over the last week. Gained two pounds, which is about what I would expect from that many added calories. FWIW.
