That's right, and pretty close together. Like a year apart. Must have been hard on Bobby. I like to watch the restrictor plate races because of the strategy. If Gordon wins and Earnhart meets the wall I'm happy. Fishing buddy's wife is into NASCAR. She can tell you who's driving what car by the colors for all the drivers. I went to the Daytona time trials back when some were still running convertibles. Had to sit on my daddy's lap to see. I also went to school with a 1/2 brother of one of the better drivers in '69. He had a Mopar, which brand I don't remember, that his brother's crew had worked on. It was ungodly fast.
