i don't see how people don't realize that when rates go up, house prices go down. i suppose it make sense if you want an all in bet on serious inflation over the near to medium term, but that's risky. i listened to an interview with felix zulauf and i think he's likely right in his view going forward... it is well worth a listen, imho... kingworldnews.com he touches on the stock and bond markets, the collapse of the monetary system, hard assets, etc...
