Thanks for the leg work, Mike and ftth. I also recall a white paper - maybe an engineering spec - on the topic, perhaps by someone from TCI or CableLabs, that spoke to engineering objectives in this regard [ratio of homes served to those that could be accommodated with vod over an HFC system]. If I can find it I'll post back.
