MGS is an utility - they pass on their cost of NG to their customers. The gas comes from Argentina itself. I assume the whole industry is somewhat regulated. That's one of things that is holding back MGS. if Argentine continues to recover MGS is do well. For 440M$ EV, 15,800 km of pipeline and the infrastructure to supply 2 million customer should be way below replacement value.
