15:12 ET California Power : California ISO declares a Stage 1 power alert as temps rise; Stage 1 is less severe than Stages 2 and 3, the last of which indicates rolling blackouts are imminent. 15:09 ET Sprint PCS (PCS) 20.51 -1.94: Hearing that Goldman Sachs spoke with management and believes that company in on track to meet net new subscriber estimates, says that channels other than Radio Shack (RSH) are fine. 15:00 ET ONI Systems (ONIS ) 31.70 -2.26 (-6.6%): -- Update -- Technical -- Issue unable to get any traction out the contract win (see 10:02 comment) but it has held at an important support in the 30.6/30.1 area (50 day simple ma, late April/May lows). The ability to remaind above here and the oversold intraday indicators allow for some gains. However, follow through beyond 33.15 is needed to improve the short term tone. Daily indicators remain a concern with a failure at resistance leaving the door open to a retest/breach of support. The next level of interest on the downside is at 28.35, the 50% retracement of the April rally.
