Chessani's head lawyer is on Savage's show right now. The government has 72 hours to appeal the judge's ruling. And they could choose to start the case over from scratch (and spend another 36 million) Said they are looking into suing Murtha and Time Magazine's Tim McGurk - the guy who started this whole disgusting episode by printing the lies without doing any fact checking.
