Yes, it is not the inability of the US occupation to turn on the lights, reconstruct the infrastructure, provide security outside the US fortresses, provide stability so that businesses can start to hire, etc, that is sending the wrong message to the Iraqis. It's not even Bush's complete lack of a post-invasion plan, his inability to come to a decision as to how to deal with insurgencies such as Fallujah, his denial of the realities of everyday life in Iraq.

No, the whole problem in Iraq is John Kerry and the 'nattering nabobs of negativism'.

Makes perfect neocon sense.
