PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1999--Triangle
Broadcasting Company Inc. (OTCBB:GAAY) President Frank Olsen proudly
announced today that Marvin Jenkins has been appointed its general
sales manager and director of affiliate relations for the Triangle
Radio Network and Palm Springs Studios.
Olsen went on to say, "we are delighted that Mr. Jenkins, who
brings a wealth of experience to us, will be instrumental in securing
sponsors and coordinating affiliates for all our radio and television
programming including the recently announced BingoTelevision."
Palm Springs Studio Inc. includes three major profit centers:
Palm Springs Production Center, Palm Springs Studios Productions and
Video Caddy Productions. BingoTelevision, as previously announced, is
scheduled to begin live production on August 2, 1999.

operational and practice bingo play will begin on July 1, 1999.

MARVIN JENKINS -- PROFILE
Jenkins, newly appointed general sales manager and director
of affiliate relations for the Triangle Radio Network and Palm Springs
Studios, brings more than 25 years of experience in the entertainment
industry to Triangle.
For the past nine years he has been a top real estate agent in
the desert and is currently with Becker & Becker Realty an exclusive
affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to moving to Palm
Springs, Jenkins was the general manager of Angel Inc. in Hawaii.
Jenkins began his career as the production coordinator for Time
Magazine both in New York and in Montreal.
After four years with the magazine, he joined the prestigious
Management/Publicity firm of Herbert H. Breslin Inc. Their list of
clients included many of the world's most renowned artists and
institutions including Luciano Pavarotti, Joan Sutherland, Marcel
Marceau, Marilyn Horne, Victoria de Los Angeles, the Bolshoi Ballet,
The Carnegie Hall Corp. and Lincoln Center among many others.
After moving to Hawaii in 1980, Jenkins became co-owner and
general manager of Angel Inc. For nine years he presented many of the
world's greatest artists in concert from Luciano Pavarotti to Ella
Fitzgerald, from Arsenio Hall to Johnny Mathis and many shows
including The Chinese Acrobats of Taiwan and Ain't MisBehavin'.
In addition he worked closely with Dick Weiner on several
television productions which originated in Hawaii including Bob Hope's
NBC Hawaii's 25th Anniversary Special, and Christmas in Hawaii,
starring Jim Nabors, Carol Burnett and Tom Selleck.
