bp, if ur argument were true, mrvc should drop to 0 when lmne distributes their shares since there is a very real chance mrvc's stake in lmne could equal their own mkt cap...by the time opxs distributes, it will certainly pass the mkt cap of mrvc...shouldnt mrvc essentially stop trading if the reduction were done solely on a mathematical basis?...now did cmgi ever drop when they spun out shares of co's in their stable?...dont think so...did hwp?...dont think so either....so i dont think this process is that simple.

btw, i stand corrected on hwp's distribution on a...all i know is that if mrvc doesnt move up much and luminant opens at a double(whuich it could), by the threads argument, mrvc should drop to essentially 0, which doesnt make sense to me.
