I took a very good look at this company several years ago and was turned off because of the management and some industry people that I knew that did not have many positives to say about the management team. I actually warned the "banned guy" that old management were very weak but he chose to ignore that message.

The Fort Gary asset was really the key asset here and it was being weighed down by the very poor performance of the west coast brewery. I have to say that the new management team seem to have made great strides in starting to turn the business around and it is a company that deserves to be watched. The share structure was destroyed by old management and this may take some time to fix. The foray into China scares me too as these usually turn into money pits.

I keep an eye on it but am not convinced they have turned the corner yet.
