Gottfried, I can't find it on their web page. Is it on the web? USR would make a comment like that (even if they know what's going to happen) in order to avoid hysteria in the workplace. A layoff (especially if numbers are not going to be met) may not be all that bad for us shareholders, I'm not saying I like layoffs but Mr. B has to do what he has to do. Derek
