Haven't looked at warrants for a little while, and wish I had. Last month big runs in RMIIW, IFLYW, and NWREW. The only thing is that RMII and IFLY were NOT listed in Noddings. :-( So, I didn't have them on any watch list. Another one that potentially might have warrants is NTST. Here is what I found in the 10K:

In September 1997 the Company amended the terms of its Series A Redeemable Common Stock Purchase Warrants. Pursuant to the
amendment, (i) the exercise price of the Warrant was reduced from $4.50 to $3.00, and (ii) upon payment of the $3.00 exercise price, the Company would issue two shares of Common Stock, resulting in an effective exercise price of $1.50 per share. These terms were available until December 16, 1997. At December 31, 1997, 639,107 warrants were exercised and the Company received $1,917,000 in gross proceeds. The Company believes that these funds, together with revenue from operations will be sufficient to enable it to operate without additional funds for at least through 1998.

Since, Noddings does not have any information on them, I don't know what the current terms are. Could someone help and look for them? If the terms are still the same, there is talk of the stock running to 5 in the near term and that would put the warrants about 7.
