Anita said they were talking to a bank in London. What is the problem with getting a bank lined up? Is it regulatory? Seems if we knew more about this problem, we'd have a better idea if Betting will make a go of it. Anita told Popeye that Betting was undervalued. Any idea what she was talking about?
