Summary of latest "rumors"
1) Four-five Wall Street brokerage firms have phoned to meet with LZ. Two are promising research reports on LZ and want to underwrite a secondary financing. One analyst may already be preparing a Buy recommendation on LZ. Hue's LA trip is to wrap up a very important meeting with a popular Internet analyst, who wants to get behind LZ. Hue has already met with the Chairman of this brokerage firm. They may put LZ on a roadshow to meet with many top institutions, i.e. a series of dog-and-pony shows across the US. Roadshow could soon start after the AGM scheduled for on/about July 12th.
2) Key remarks by Lifton included "no surprise" if analyst report came out within 2 months (my paraphrase) and having his attorneys working on paperwork to re-incorporate ActFit.com as a US company.
3) Big deal this week involves alliances with clubs in the fitness industry: could be hundreds, could be thousands. Don't know for sure. Sorry to be cryptic, but info was sketchy.
4) Big Broadcast.com alliance superceding anything LZ dreamt about in this alliance.
5) Major sports endorsements by big names in several major sports, i.e. a football star, a baseball star, a hockey star, etc.
6) Hollywood connection coming through in terms of an actual television show, i.e. an exercise workout show broadcast jointly across the Internet and on a nationally televised show - weekly.
7) Equipment manufacturer negotiations on last dotting of 'i' and 't."
8) Some even more significant surprises over next 2 months.
If you are looking for certainty on any of the rumors, and a sure thing, forget about it. If you are looking for a flip, get lost. If you are trying to time the next rally, you will kick yourself during the runup on the day it next happens. Will it trade sideways for the next 3 weeks or just blow through previous highs? Your guess is as good as mine.
Hype is not going to move this stock. News will. Too many are hip to the nonsense posted on the boards. The ones with big positions are expecting a series of big news announcements and they won't be disappointed.
