Good point - though it is community property in a marriage with the spouse as the automatic beneficiary in addition, but I suppose in legal terms it is still an "individual" account for age calculation purposes. I couldn't find any guidance anywhere on an age limit other than 59 1/2 applying, so I guess that is the simple rule.
